Dear sir,mrs,
Last week my soho account was no longer working (I expect because my year account was terminated). I payed a new year subscription with bitcoin a week ago. I got a confirmation from you by email

I logged into my account a few times this week. But nothing happens. My callback's are not responded.
Could you please take action.

[Update] I went through all menuitems in my account, did not change anything but did 'submit change' and 'apply' on every item. After that, my account seems to work again.
